We never know what may set our heart to an intense flutter and what may cause an overwhelming feeling of joy but when it happens what will you do?

This weekend was CRAZY. I am constantly learning new things about myself and my journey. Constantly reminded of how far I have come and how much further I have to go……

The search for stability is one that we all embark on all the time. Until recently I thought this was what we are supposed to do. However, recent events have lead me to believe that all are training and teaching prepares us to, in the words of John-Logan Coots, “get comfortable being uncomfortable.” Stability exists only in our ability to be comfortable with the lack of it.

There are times in life when you prepare for what is to come. You have rehearsed it, now it’s coming and then when it comes it still smacks you harder than you thought. The good news is the sting will go away if you focus on you!!!

Just a few thoughts that came about over the weekend spawned on by a few people who asked me the same question…….I am uncomfortable where I am at and not being content feels like an itchy rash on my skin!

Depression is a serious issue that affects many. I believe that we have the power within to beat it. I talk a little hear about my battle with it and what I learned from the experience. I hope this may help someone that may be down right now. Head up Chin Up and March!!!

My dad had a saying that he used to tell m,e all the time. Today I was remembering that saying and some thoughts came from the memories. I wrote them here for you to check out. Really short post!!!!

Forgiveness is a word that is often thrown around but seldomly fully practiced. At least in my life I have had difficulty forgiving myself and that is crippling…………….

I tried to spell the word alone out of the letters from lonely. It does not work. I realize that there is no alone in lonely. We can be lonely but we are never alone.
