Letting go of our past accomplishments, mistakes, successes to move forward with our present can many times be difficult. It is easy to hold onto a you that you believe was the (Wo)Man. It can be scary to see what the future you can do. You may be in a bad way right now and the past is all you feel you have left!

Here is a look at the journey that I have been on the last 9+ months with Beachbody products. P90X round 1, p90X Plus, Insanity and now back to round two of P90X. In between I have done Turbo Fire, Chalean Extreme, Revabs, and more. Hard work clean eating and following the programs will get you there.

This was the last exercise of Insanity Round One for Reggie Savage and I. It was great to get this completed. I feel awesome and excited about the whole thing because it is more than a workout. It is learned discipline……..

So as many of you know we live in the age of the skeptic. Everybody is selling something. The question is does it have value and can we trust this person. Only you can decide that.

Stop talking the talk and walk the walk. Fitness programs that I know will change you forever. Search them on you tube if you don’t believe me. I want to walk shoulder to shoulder with you to a healthier lifestyle.
